My work invites the viewer to take a closer look and to become intimately acquainted with the subject or moment I am trying to capture. My method is a way of slowing down. Nothing is final. In the end I hope to offer you a view of how I see the world and it's beauty and grace.

I have always considered why we draw, paint, sculpt, create. It is a basic human need. My artwork celebrates the beauty I find in the world around me. Often I am inspired by nature, especially plants and animals. They have innocence that holds the heart.
